organiser des examens permettant l'obtention d'une licence d'émission d'amateur dans le cadre des réglementations nationales ; mettre en place une organisation pour la tenue de ces examens, l'agrément des examinateurs, les relations avec les administrations pour la délivrance des licences ; valoriser l'expérience acquise pour faire évoluer les réglementations en vigueur dans le but d'obtenir les meilleures conditions d'examen ; animer et unir les membres de l'association, ainsi que toutes actions liées aux passages d'examen permettant l'accès à une licence d'émission du Service Amateur (telle que définie dans le Règlement des Radiocommunications de l'Union Internationale des Télécommunications)
