- créer un lien amical et durable entre tous les utilisateurs de stations radio électriques E.R.P.P. 27 opérant à titre amateur. - assister toute personne en difficulté. - se mettre à la disposition ( avec son matériel) de la sécurité civile, ainsi qu'au plan ORSEC, gendarmerie et service de secours ; prendre toutes dispositions utiles en vue d'établir toutes relations avec les clubs sportifs, associations et organismes qui en feraient la demande pour une utilisation optimum de leur matériel radio électrique ; entreteni et resserrer les liens de camaraderie entre tous les membres ; tout membre a pour devoir de défendre l'honneur, le prestige, les intérêts de la SCB et d'apporter son concours à tous égards pour favoriser le développement t la prospérité de l'association ; toute activité politique, syndicale, religieuse ou commerciale est proscrite au sein de la SCB
