mise en relation et échange entre les enseignants de Kendo titulaires d'un diplôme fédéral de Kendo (y compris par équivalence) ; établir des liens de fraternité, d'amitié et d'entraide, faciliter l'accès aux connaissances par des moyens techniques simples ; aider au regroupement lors de stage de perfectionnement CNK/Commission Nationale d'Enseignement ; création d'une bibliothèque technique en ligne, création d'un forum, publications périodiques ; accompagnement et soutien des élèves en formation lors des stages fédéraux organisés par la Commission Nationale d'Enseignement de Kendo en accord avec celle-ci et le CNK en reliant la promotion nouvelle aux promotions antérieures ; transmission, diffusion et développement de l'enseignement du Kendo et de ses valeurs au sein des CRK en accord avec la Commission Nationale d'Enseignement et le CNK ; aider aux échanges et au développement culturel du Kendo en particulier entre la France et le Japon
