Objet :

cette association a pour objets d'aider au maintien et au développement du commerce de proximité des métiers de bouche et de faciliter ainsi à ses membres l'exercice de leur activité professionnelle : en facilitant et améliorant les conditions économiques des achats des membres de l'association (regroupement de commandes , négociation des prix d'achats avec les fournisseurs au vu des volumes d'achat des adhérents regroupés) , en réalisant toutes les opérations nécessaires à la réalisation effective de l'objet ci-dessus, en soutenant les dynamiques économiques collectives, notamment en ce qui concerne la dynamisation des ventes, en proposant tout accompagnement permettant de faciliter le développement et la pérennisation des entreprises adhérentes, en proposant des prestations payantes et formations techniques pour ses adhérents et toute entité intéressée par une intervention de l'association, en représentant l'association et ses membres sur le plan économique ;
