Objet :

gérer, exploiter, développer et promouvoir l'action touristique de Périgueux ; concevoir, structurer et organiser le tourisme de Pérgueux pour promouvoir et développer le tissu économique local ; mettre en oeuvre toutes les actions qui contribuent au développement économique du territoire notamment dans les domaines touristiques et culturels. L'Office de Tourisme, service d'intérêt public,assume les missions d'accueil et d'information, ainsi que la promotion touristique et commerciale, il participe à l'animation de la commune et des équipements collectifs qui peuvent lui être confiés. Il contribue également à assurer la coordination des interventions des divers partenaires du développement touristique et commercial local. Il peut être consulté sur des projets d'équipements collectifs touristiques.Il peut lui être confié la gestion d'équipements touristiques. L' ensemble de ces missions référencé dans une convention d'objectifs et de moyens annuelle signée entre l'association et la collectivité concernée
