développer, coordonner et promouvoir les manifestations, évènements et animations culturelles contribuant à dynamiser la vie musicale et artistique en Dordogne et dans le reste de la France, notamment autour de la culture Sound System et basse amplifiée ; piloter et gérer, de la conception à la réalisation, des manifestations culturelles et artistiques forgeant ainsi son identité et appartenance au milieu Sound System et basse amplifiée : soirée Marée Bass à thème, diffusion radiophonique d'une émission Marée Bass ; peut participer, coordonner mais aussi soutenir des animations non commerciales, qu'elles soient musicales (fête de la musique, festivals musicaux, concerts, évènements radiophoniques etc) ou festives (carnaval, fête de quartier, fête de voisins etc.) ; à long terme mener un projet de réalisation d'un équipement en sonorisation adapté à son activité et à sa diffusion musicale ; c'est en collaboration étroite avec des organismes externes que ce projet pourront ainsi voir le jour ; s'adresser à un public le plus large possible et se responsabiliser en conséquence en faisant de la prévention pour les risques auditifs encourus lors de l'écoute prolongée de musique amplifiée
