réunir les personnes physiques radioamateurs ou écouteurs désireuses dans le cadre de leurs compétences d'apporter leur concours aux actions menées par la Sécurité Civile sur sa demande explicite et sous son autorité ; permettre à la direction de la Défense et de la Sécurité Civiles et au préfet du Doubs de disposer de personnels et d'une infrastructure capable d'assurer un service complémentaire de télécommunications et de détection en cas de besoin ; exercer toute action visant à faire connaître et à développer les activités radioamateurs au service de la sécurité civile ; assurer, le cas échéant, la défense de l'association et ou de ses membres dans le cadre de leurs activités
