Objet :

développer un réseau de santé polyvalent dénommé Réseau Dousopal, conformément aux dispositions des articles L 6321-1 et suivants du code santé publique, de la réglementation en vigueur, dont l'objet est de favoriser l'accès aux soins, la coordination, la continuité, l'interdisciplinarité et la réflexion éthique des prises en charge sanitaires dans les domaines des soins palliatifs, la gérontologie, l'oncologie et les maladies chroniques et/ou complexes ; d'assurer une prise en charge adaptée aux besoins du malade et un accompagnement des aidants au travers, notamment, d'actions d'évaluation régulières visant à garantir la qualité de service ; d'assurer des actions de formation concernant les soins palliatifs, la gérontologie, l'oncologie et les maladies chroniques, au bénéfice des professionnels de santé collaborant à l'activité du réseau ; et plus généralement de réaliser toute opération se rapportant à cet objet ou susceptible d'en faciliter l'extension et le développement
