conserver et renforcer les liens unissant les retraités avec albingia, réunir ses membres régulièrement afin de maintenir entre eux les liens d'amitié, de camaraderie ou de solidarité ayant existé pendant leur activité professionnelle, permettre aux anciens de rester informés de la vie de l'entreprise et de transmettre à leurs collègues, lors de manifestations organisées par albingia ou par l'association, l'histoire et les valeurs de l'entreprise, action de conseils aux membres, garder des liens avec la compagnie albingia, garder des liens avec le comité d'entreprise de la compagnie, créer un bulletin de liaison faisant état de l'actualité et des activités de l'association destiné à être mis en ligne sur le site intranet de la compagnie, créer éventuellement des liens avec d'autres amicales de compagnies d'assurances, cette liste n'est pas exhaustive et l'association peut y ajouter d'autres buts à condition qu'ils soient conformes à l'éthique d'albingia, l'association s'interdit toute discussion pouvant présenter un caractère politique ou confessionnel
