Objet :

favoriser la rencontre, la concertation, l'échange, l'assistance mutuelle entre toutes les associations départementales PEP, les associations territoriales PEP et les associations partenaires de la Région ; elle conduit et développe des actions dans le domaine de l'éducation et des loisirs ainsi que dans le secteur social et médico-social, visant notamment à accompagner, accueillir et protèger les personnes en situation de handicap ; elle a pour vocation de gérer des établissements et organiser des services dans l'ensemble du champ de ses activités ; elle ne peut se substituer aux associations qui la composent ; elle contribue à la promotion des activités de ses associations. Ses activités s'inscrivent dans le cadre du projet associatif de la Fédération ; Elle coordonne les actions à caractère régional et facilite les mutualisation entre les associations adhérentes afin d'adapter son développement à la réalité régionale ; Elle représente le mouvement PEP auprès des structures publiques régionales et des associations régionales ; elle a une mission de formation et d'information des militants
