Objet :

promouvoir l'usage de la bicyclette comme l'une des réponses aux problèmes actuels de la vie urbaine liés aux mobilités et aux pollutions. Elle a égalemnt pour but d'améliorer les conditions d'utilisation de la bicyclette et de la marche à pied dans l'agglomération d'Angers et ses environs, notamment : en oeuvrant pour l'aménagement de la voirie et des équipements et suburbains (pistes et bandes cyclabes, signalisation, couloirs réservés, sites de stationnement, trottoirs, etc..) ; par l'information des cyclistes et des autres usagers de la voie publique sur leurs droits et leurs devoirs respectifs ; par une meilleure protection matérielle et juridique du cycliste, du vélo et du piéton
