creer, soutenir, developper et gerer des oeuvres et institutions scolaires, sanitaires et sociales, culturelles charitables ; gerer, acquerir et vendre les immeubles necessaires a leur fonctionnement;le tout dans l'esprit d'Anne Jallot, fondatrice de la Congrégation des Soeurs de Saint Charles d'Angers, qui fondait son action sur le respect et l'amour de toute personne humaine, créature aimée de Dieu, sauvée en son fils, considérée en la totalité de son être et qui s'attachait à répondre, entre autres aux attentes matérielles et spirituelles des personnes fragilisées, marginalisées ou exlues ; l'association deploie son activité en lien avec la Congrégation des Soeurs de Saint Charles d'Angers et toute congrégation qui viendrait à succèder a ladite Cobgrégation ; aux fins d'application des présents statuts, toute congrégation qui succèderait à la Congrégation des Soeurs de Saint-Charles d'Angers serait tenue par les obligations et exercerait les prérogatives reconnues à ladite Congregation par les présents statuts, dès l'entrée en vigueur du Décret portant reconnaissance légale de la nouvelle Congrégation
