il est fondée entre les adhérents aux présents stauts une association régie par les lois du 1 er juillet 1901 et du 2 janvier 1907 ainsi que par lesdits statuts. L'association a pour objet la préservation, l'enseignement et la propagation de la religion de Scientologie à travers ses enseignements, ses pratiques et ses préceptes définis par L. Ron Hubbard dans l'ensemble de ses écrits et conférences, désignés globalement comme "les Ecritures", de faciliter la large diffusion de ces "Ecritures", et d'aider ses membres et, plus généralement, toute personne qui en manifeste le désir, à pratiquer la religion scientologue dans le cadre et selon les règles de l'Eglise de Scientologie
