faire connaître et reconnaître les troubles spécifiques du langage écrit et/ou oral dénommés ci-après troubles dys (tels que la dyspraxie, dyslexie, dysphasie, ...)comme un handicap à part entière, ainsi que les troubles pouvant y être associés ; informer les pouvoirs publics, les professionnels et les partenaires concernés ; mettre en oeuvre des actions pour favoriser le dépistage précoce en vue de proposer une prise en charge adaptée et l'intégration sociale, scolaire et professionnelle ; représenter les membres de l'association auprès des pouvoirs publics ; rassembler les familles et constituer un réseau d'entraide ; oeuvrer à la reconnaissance du rôle des parents d'élèves atteints de troubles dys dans le système éducatif, et au développement de participations et partenariats institutionnels
