Objet :

maintenir et améliorer la qualité de vie, la convivialité des résidents, l'habitat, les espaces verts, l'environnement, le patrimoine de la rue de la Madeleine ; agir pour la défense des habitants et riverains de la rue de la Madeleine et leurs intérêts ; de protéger la singularité de l'ensemble patrimonial, tant architectural que végétal de l'îlot constitué par la résidence David d'Angers et ses hôtels particuliers mitoyens aux 17, 19 et 21 rue de la Madeleine ; mettre en commun les compétences et les moyens à minima des habitants de la zone concernée par des projets de constructions présents et futurs, pour leur permettre de mieux défendre leurs droits, et cela afin d'assurer et de coordonner la défense juridique des habitants et des riverains ; engager tout recours devant les juridictions judiciaires et administratives visant à contester la légalité des décisions prises par les autorités administratives relatives aux expropriations, aux nouveaux aménagements et constructions
