Objet :

l'association a pour objet la défense des intérêts des citoyens et la promotion de leurs droits par le Droit devant la justice ; elle vise à leur donner les moyens d'être des acteurs du développement de la démocratie ; elle agit entre autre pour favoriser la transparence des affaires publiques ; pour dénoncer les privilèges réservés à certaines catégories de citoyen ; pour dénoncer les trafics d'influence, d'une façon plus large, pour dénoncer tous types de pratiques abusives contraires à l'intérêt général ; pour dénoncer les atteintes aux principes fondamentaux de la Charte Républicaine, à l'égalité des droits, aux libertés publiques, à l'égalité devant la loi. A cette fin, l'association poursuit l'information, la défense et la représentation des droits et des intérêts matériels et moraux des citoyens, en intervenant notamment en organisant des plaintes groupées et en alertant les pouvoirs publics sur les pratiques illicites, au nom des intérêts dont elle à la charge
