assurer le respect de l'environnement, du quartier de la garde à Avrillé, en tenant compte des nuisances sonores, visuelles, chimiques, olfactives ainsi que les modalités architecturales des aménagements à venir dans un large périmètre jouxtant le Château, le parc et la ferme LA GARDE Ce collectif aura pour objectif de s'assurer du respect du maintien du cadre et de la qualité de vie actuels de l'ensemble des riverains. Elle sera vigilante aux prises de décisions des futurs aménagements, installations transitoires ou définitives et du cadre paysagé actuel. Enfin, elle s'assurera d'une fluide communication entre les riverains et les différents protagonistes
