réseau d'interprètes et traducteurs parlant une ou des langues étrangères et des dialectes locaux ; traduire pour donner la parole aux minorités, favoriser la réinsertion des personnes vulnérables, favoriser l'intégration des publics, développer le lien social, promouvoir l'interculturalité des langues et dialectes ; lever les barrières de la langue pour les habitants des quartiers Bretagne Bostangis, de Cholet, la communauté d'Agglomération du choletais et communes environnantes ; faciliter les démarches administratives et quotidiennes des personnes en cours d'apprentissage de la langue française ; favoriser les liens de solidarités entre habitants ; mobiliser les habitants parlant et maitrisant des langues, dialectes étrangers et le français ; proposer des prestations de services aux institutions, entreprises, écoles, lycée, etc ; favoriser le contact avec l'ensemble de la population
