Objet :

soutenir les équipes et de réunir et fédérer sous le nom "Cœur Rouge et Blanc" et supporters du club de Basketball composé de l'association "Cholet Basket", affilié à la Fédération Française de Basketball, et de la société sportive de la même dénomination qu'elle a constituée conformément à l'article L ; 122-1 du code du sport, ci-après dénommée "le club" ; elle participe au bon déroulement des manifestations et compétitions sportives organisées par le club et concourt à la promotion des valeurs du sports ; dans le cadre de son objet, les moyens d'action de l'association sont notamment : l'organisation de manifestations de soutien en faveur du club, de ses activités et de ses équipes de basketball ; la recherche, la collecte et la gestion de fonds destinés au financement des activités du club ou d'opérations caritatives, et au soutien de causes éducatives ou sportives en lien avec le club ;la création d'un site internet et la diffusion d'un bulletin d'information ; la réalisation d'actions éducatives et citoyennes destinées à la prévention de la violence, des discriminations, de l'homophobie, du sexisme, du racisme, de l'alcoolisme, de la toxicomanie et autres addictions ; la prise de participations dans le capital de société en relation directe avec son objet ; en aucun cas l'association ne pourra utiliser ou reproduire à son profit, sous quelque forme que ce soit, les marques et signes distinctifs dont la société créée par l'association Cholet basket en application de l'article L. 122-1 du code du sport, a l'usage et la jouissance exclusifs, sans l'autorisation préalable écrite de celle-ci ;
