L'Association se donne pour objectifs de gérer le Centre Social, de mettre en place, de coordonner et de promouvoir les activités et services associatifs existants ou nouveaux d'ordre social, culturel, éducatif, familial en faveur de l'ensemble de la population des communes membres de la Communauté de Communes du Val du Loir et en particulier les familles ; sur décision du Conseil d'administration, le Centre Social peut agir au profit des populations d'autres communes, dans la mesure où cette intervention se fait en concertation avec les acteurs locaux, et financeurs de l'association ; l'association est apolitique, non confessionnelle et ouverte à tous
