maintenir et resserrer les liens de solidarité et d'amitié entre Sarthois et Marocains et/ou français d'origine marocaine ; oeuvrer par tous les moyens susceptibles d'y contribuer ; développer des liens étroits avec des associations, organismes et institutions marocaines et françaises ; développer tous types d'échanges ( culturels, sportifs, économiques, etc..) entre la France et le Maroc ; organiser tout évènement ( culturel, sportif, etc..) pour favoriser les échanges et les rencontres entre français sarthois, marocains et français d'origine marocaine ; aider les marocains du Mans dans leurs démarches administratives : écrire des lettres, traduction, orientation....
