Objet :

mettre en valeur les Rillettes de la Sarthe et plus largement le patrimoine culturel et les savoir-faire gastronomiques du département de la Sarthe ; Contribuer au rayonnement des territoires sarthois et à la promotion des talents grâce à l'organisation de manifestations, évènements et animations et par tous moyens que l'association estime nécessaires ; Organiser notamment un festival périodique intitulé PRINTEMPS DES RILLETTES ; Celui-ci fédère tous les acteurs en tous lieux intéressés aux valeurs et au succès des Rillettes sarthoises ; Constituer les ressources nécessaires et mener toutes activités en relation avec les but et objet de l'association, telles que la gestion ou la création de services et d'activités économiques ou culturelles au profit de ses membres et du public ; Se livrer d'une manière générale à toutes les activités auxquelles la loi l'autorise ainsi que demander auprès de l'État ou d'un établissement public un agrément réservé aux associations par la loi ;
