l'association a pour but de porter un projet articulé autour d'une démarche culturelle, sociale, citoyenne et écologique ; En ce sens, l'objectif initial porté par l'association s'articule autour de l'ouverture, de l'exploitation et la gestion d'un lieu transversal ouvert au public ; Voici la liste exhaustive des axes qui composent l'activité quotidienne de l'association : Mise en œuvre de la réhabilitation d'un lieu abandonné dans le but de l'exploiter dans des considérations autres que son exploitation initiale  ; Développement, écriture et mise en œuvre du projet du lieu   ; Recherche et mise en œuvre de partenariats publics et privés permettant l'exploitation du lieu et le développement de son activité quotidienne  ; Mise en place d'une programmation annuelle au sein du lieu  ; Production et coordination d'évènements et objets culturels, de tables rondes, d'espaces de réflexion et de débats  ; Soutien à la création et la diffusion artistique et culturelle
