Objet :

créer un lien entre les différents Comités Nationaux (C.N.P.A.) déjà constitués ; susciter la formation de nouveaux Comités ; informer les producteurs, les transformateurs et les utilisateurs de tous les pays des études et recherches conduites sur l’emploi des Plastiques en Agriculture ; favoriser, au sens économique le plus large, la solution des problèmes d’ordre scientifique et technique du domaine des Plastiques en Agriculture, au moyen d’une complète harmonisation internationale ; promouvoir la normalisation des Plastiques en Agriculture et leur expérimentation ; cette action visera la création des marques nationales de qualité qui seront soumises à l’examen du C.I.P.A. en vue d’une normalisation internationale
