Objet :

sensibiliser les enfants et les jeunes au manger bon, manger sain ; notre action s’articule autour de 3 thèmes ; les chefs s’invitent à l’école, intervention au sein des écoles primaires ; aujourd’hui, je cuisine avec un chef, cours de cuisine destiné aux jeunes lors de manifestations grands publics (salons, foires, etc) ; les métiers de l’alimentation, pourquoi pas moi ?, opération de soutien auprès des jeunes s’orientant vers les métiers de l’alimentation ; nous poursuivons les objectifs suivants ; apprendre à cuisiner, donner à chaque enfant les moyens de découvrir et d’apprécier les richesses et diversités des produits alimentaires, éduquer au plaisir de la table, ou encore informer sur la notion de locavore, biodiversité et de développement durable
