resserrer les liens d’amitiés et familiaux entre les membres de la famille du musicien compositeur Désiré Dondeyne ; organiser, participer à la définition du patrimoine culturel de ce compositeur ; percevoir, après le décès de Désiré Dondeyne, les sommes provenant des droits d’auteur et de tous organismes privés ou publics habilités à redistribuer les dividendes issus du droit intellectuel ; redistribuer, en parts égales, aux héritiers les sommes émanant du droit d’exécution, d’orchestration, de direction artistique, d’édition, de copie, d’enregistrements audio et vidéo, ainsi que celles issues de toutes natures donnant droit à revenus ; mettre en place, par année civile une annexe au budget de celle-ci précisant le montant des sommes ainsi perçues et les modalités de leur versement
