obtenir le classement au titre des Monuments Historiques, ou une inscription à l'inventaire supplémentaire des Monuments Historiques, du pont tournant de Dieppe dit "Pont Colbert" et de son ensemble technique : cabine de manoeuvres attenante, machinerie hydraulique, salle des machines situées à l'angle du quai de la Somme et de la rue des Capucins, réseau des canalisations hydrauliques, bâtiment de fonction entre autres ; favoriser et veiller à la sauvegarde de cet ouvrage, notamment par toute action en justice, défendant par ce moyen son objet devant les instances juridiques nationales, européennes ou internationales ; sensibiliser le public à l'aspect patrimonial rare de l'ouvrage en organisant expositions, évènements artistiques autour du pont Colbert et en éditant des publications ; valoriser le pont Colbert par toutes actions ; soutenir le propriétaire du pont Colbert et les acteurs intervenant sur le pont Colbert dans toutes les actions visant à favoriser sa réhabilitation et sa mise en valeur
