faire respecter la réglementation en organisant le contrôle des colombiers des licenciés des associations locales adhérentes ; encourager les colombophiles à concourir à l'amélioration de la race du pigeon voyageur et à participer aux compétitions ; assurer la vulgarisation du sport colombophile ; promouvoir le sport colombophile ; assurer l'instruction des colombophiles candidats au concours du meilleur jeune colombophile de France ; assurer la formation des contrôleurs de colombiers en collaboration avec la fédération régionale et la F.C.F ; assurer la formation des régleurs et des classificateurs en collaboration avec la fédération régionale et la F.C.F ; assurer la formation des juges pour les expositions de pigeons voyageurs en collaboration avec la fédération régionale et la F.C.F ; assurer l'organisation des concours officiels en conformité avec les réglements de la Fédération régionale et la F.C.F ; faire appliquer dans les associations locales composant le groupement, les statuts et les réglements officiels en vigueur ; assurer la protection des pigeons voyageurs et collaborer à la répression des infractions relatives à la colombophilie ; défendre collectivement les intérêts généraux des associations et des colombophiles ; prendre des mesures de sauvegarde des pigeons voyageurs en cas d'épizootie, dans le groupement en accord avec la fédération régionale et la F.C.F
