veiller à la protection et à la mise en valeur du site naturel de Repainville ainsi que de la vallée des deux rivières, sur le territoire de Rouen et des communes limitrophes ; agir pour que les pouvoirs publics oeuvrent à cette protection ; proposer, participer, mener toute action de gestion, de valorisation, de promotion et d'animation du site : jardinage et maraîchage biologiques, éducation à l'environnement, entretien écologique de la zone humide et des ruisseaux, liaisons avec le site de la côte Sainte Catherine et avec le Robec et l'Aubette, etc ; favoriser, dans la gestion du site, toute pratique améliorant le lien social, l'insertion des handicapés, la réinsertion des personnes en difficulté ; défendre toute personne physique ou morale oeuvrant à la protection et à l'animation du site de Repainville
