Objet :

prendre en main les besoins du village, dans la situation économique mondiale actuelle et la diminution des possibilités d'emploi pour la diaspora en Europe, l'ARVAE désireuse de réduire la fuite de la main d'œuvre, l'assistanat et l'inflation au village, a cherché à mettre entre les mains de la population d'Arr les moyens de cultiver au mieux leur terre, afin d'augmenter la production agricole et de lutter contre la dégradation des ressources naturelles et de la biodiversité, changement climatique et créer des emplois générateurs de revenus et fixer les populations ; sensibilisation de la population du village d'Arr aux problèmes d'hygiène ; participer au développement et lutter contre la pauvreté en prenant soins à nos institutions écoles et sanitaires, en participant d'ores et déjà à une alimentation saine et équilibrée ; entreprendre des initiatives en faveur des écoles et les coopératives du village
