Objet :

promouvoir la pratique du football notamment auprès des jeunes, contribuer au perfectionnement des joueurs engagés dans cette pratique et assister dans leur réflexion ceux d'entre eux qui seraient tentés de s'orienter dans une voie professionnelle ; en liaison avec tous les partenaires intéressés, notamment les services déconcentrés de l'État, veiller à la santé morale et physique des jeunes footballeurs et chercher à développer en eux l'esprit sportif et le fair-play ; situer la pratique du football dans une perspective d'éducation, d'ouverture culturelle et sociale et s'efforcer de relier cette pratique aux domaines plus traditionnels de la culture du corps et de l'esprit, l'éducation à l'image fait partie de ses préoccupations éducatives ; développer chez les jeunes le sens de la solidarité, valeur fondamentale du football, en gérant des actions internationales d'aide au développement et en sollicitant pour les réaliser le concours d'un large public bénévole
