aider les communautés algérienne et française d'origine algérienne à l'intégration dans la société par l'orientation et la formation ; sensibiliser ces communautés à leurs droits, devoirs et rôle dans la société ; établir un dialogue culturel entre les sociétés française et algérienne par le biais de conférences, d'échanges culturels et d'activité diverses ; installer des structures de formation accessibles à tous les demandeurs d'emploi ; participer avec les différentes structures installées dans les quartiers difficiles à utiliser les temps libres des jeunes à des fins utiles : formation, orientation, sensibilisation et exercices d'activités sportives et culturelles ; soutenir les familles dans leurs démarches administratives auprès des administrations françaises et algériennes ; aider les familleset leur faciliter le rapatriement des corps ; proposer des aides humanitaires
