Objet :

protection et défense de l'environnement, de l'urbanisme modéré et du cadre de vie du quartier des oiseaux et de ses environs dans la limite du territoire de la commune de Mont-Saint-Aignan et notamment dans le cadre du projet de la Mairie de Mont-Saint-Aignan de réaliser un éco-quartier sur le site Biosciences et d'éventuelles extensions (notamment sur le terrain du musée de l'éducation) ; préservation du site du quartier des oiseaux en s'opposant à la construction de logements ne s'intégrant pas dans la zone pavillonnaire existante ; faire respecter le nombre de places de parking prévu par la réglementation existante à ce jour pour tout nouveau projet immobilier et les règles de sécurité de la circulation routière ; préservation du cadre et de la qualité de vie des riverains ; protection de l'habitat existant, en préservant notamment les conditions actuelles d'ensoleillement
