faire vivre et prospérer l'activité du jeu de rôle grandeur nature en Normandie, notamment en développant l'oeuvre artistique et littéraire vivante « Norlande », en préparant et en encadrant régulièrement des rassemblements de personnes de type jeu de rôle grandeur nature s'inscrivant dans cet univers et lui donnant vie, et en oeuvrant à la rédaction, à la cohérence générale et à la diffusion de supports écrits ou visuels liés à cet univers ; en outre, NOR-GN se fixe pour ambition de mutualiser et de promouvoir les savoir-faire, ainsi que de diversifier les thèmes de ses activités, notamment en hébergeant des projets similaires construits à partir d'autres univers et en mettant sa structure, son matériel et son expérience au service d'organisateurs indépendants ou de partenaires ponctuels ou réguliers, principalement sur les territoires de Basse et Haute-Normandie, afin de mettre en valeur le patrimoine architectural et folklorique de ces régions
