réunir des personnes qualifiées de compétences variées dans le but de développer l'accès à la culture pour tous, des activités socioculturelles et le soutien à la professionnalisation des artistes ; créer, produire et organiser des évènements culturels de spectacle vivant et audiovisuel (performances, concerts, expositions, projections) d'une part ; d'autre part, utiliser des ateliers éducatifs pour favoriser, développer et promouvoir des actions et activités professionnelles (ou en cours de) dans un champ d'intervention artistique, culturel, éducatif et social ; elle peut mettre en place des projets d'échanges solidaires et culturels en France et dans différents pays du monde et aider à l'organisation et la gestion d'autres structures de spectacles, d'éducation ou à vocation sociale ; enfin, elle peut proposer à la location une petite structure autonome aux collectivités et associations désireuses de proposer un spectacle ou un atelier éducatif dans leur secteur
