Objet :

gestion, animation et protection du terrain communal situé devant le centre de loisirs "Petit Prince", rue des Petites Eaux de Robec à Rouen, dans le but de favoriser les échanges entre voisins ; ce terrain est nommé "l'astéroïde" en référence au livre d'Antoine de Saint Exupéry ; l'animation portera tant sur le développement d'actions culturelles (spectacles, lectures, expositions, etc.) que sur la gestion d'un jardin partagé ; l'association assurera la promotion d'un jardinage respectueux de l'environnement et favorisera les pratiques collectives ; l'astéroïde est une zone humide dont la diversité naturelle (faune, flore et sol) devra être protégée ; l'association mènera des actions éducatives en ce sens ; elle assurera l'entretien du terrain en contrepartie de l'attribution des parcelles à jardiner
