grouper en son sein, sur le plan régional, les associations de gymnastique artistique masculine, de gymnastique artistique féminine, de gymnastique rythmique, de trampoline, de gymnastique aérobic, de tumbling, de gymnastique acrobatique, de teamgym, de gymnastique pour tous (forme et loisirs) , de fitness et des disciplines associées, qui auront demandé et obtenu leur affiliation et adhéré aux présents statuts ; provoquer partout la formation de nouvelles associations, de susciter auprès de tout public le goût des activités gymniques et activités associées ; organiser et diriger tout ce qui a trait à l'éducation par la pratique de la gymnastique artistique et de sa préparation et notamment la gymnastique artistique masculine, la gymnastique artistique féminine, la gymnastique rythmique, le trampoline, la gymnastique aérobic sportive, le tumbling, la gymnastique acrobatique, la teamgym, la gymnastique pour tous (forme et loisirs) , le fitness et autres disciplines associées ; former des cadres pour l'encadrement des licenciés dans les clubs, le comité régional a pour objectif l'accès de tous à la pratique des activités physiques et sportives ; il s'interdit toute discrimination ; il veille au respect de ces principes par ses membres, ainsi qu'au respect de la charte d'éthique et de déontologie de la fédération française de gymnastique ; son ressort territorial est celui de la région administrative de la Normandie
