Objet :

l'association a vocation à soutenir la promotion et la diffusion de la photographie auprès d'un large public, à favoriser et aider à la création artistique, au travers des actions menées par le Centre Photographique de Rouen ; elle vise à encourager le désir d'art et à en stimuler la compréhension ; à cet effet, l'association pourra notamment : participer à l'achat de documentations, s'impliquer dans des politiques de résidence et faciliter la production d'œuvres d'artistes, contribuer à l'organisation d'exposition, organiser des conférences, rencontres, débats, veiller à la pérennité du centre photographique de Rouen, à étendre son rayonnement, mettre en œuvre toute action permettant d'élargir son public, contribuer, dans un but informatif et promotionnel, à l'élaboration, la diffusion et la vente de documents visant à élargir le rayonnement du Centre Photographique de Rouen et de la présente association, ainsi qu'à représenter et défendre ses intérêts dès lors qu'ils relèvent de son objet ; et plus généralement la mise en œuvre de l'objet par tous moyens utiles dans le cadre des règlements et lois en vigueur ; Elle pourra, en outre, adhérer aux fédérations et associations rejoignant ses intérêts statutaires
