Objet :

l'association IMGESTI a pour objet de mettre en œuvre une activité de gestion locative sociale et d'intermédiation locative ; à cet effet, l'association met en œuvre les missions suivantes : réalise la gestion, l'expertise, la location de biens immobiliers ou mobiliers principalement à vocation sociale, sécurise les propriétaires bailleurs privés par la mise en place d'une gestion locative adaptée avec un accompagnement social personnalisé des locataires, contribue à assurer le logement ou le relogement des personnes sans abri, mal logées ou en difficultés, en référence à la loi du 31 mai 1990, favorisant ainsi, par son action dans le cadre de l'habitat, la promotion sociale des plus défavorisés et donc la garantie du droit au logement, participe ou réalise toute étude ou mission à vocation sociale ; conclure avec l'État, ou ses établissements publics, les collectivités territoriales et institutions toute convention permettant de répondre à leurs objectifs, recevoir mandat de gestion de deniers publics, para publics ou privés, détenir éventuellement une participation dans tout organisme ayant un lien avec son objet
