Objet :

défense des intérêts, protection et amélioration du cadre de vie des habitants du quartier Poterat Saint-Clément à Rouen ; l'association veille notamment au respect des règles d'urbanisme, à la défense de l'environnement, à la préservation et à l'amélioration des conditions de vie des citoyens ; lutte contre les nuisances et risques auxquels sont ou pourraient être exposés les habitants du quartier Poterat Saint-Clément et des ses environs : bruits, pollutions, projets immobiliers et urbains ayant un impact négatif, insécurité, dégradations, dangers, etc ; les intérêts politiques étant souvent défendus par un appareil administratif et juridique puissant, l'association a pour objectif d'aider les citoyens à sélectionner et financer des professionnels pouvant assurer une protection adéquate à l'individu et aux membres de l'association ; dans cette optique, l'association souhaite regrouper les compétences et savoir-faire de tous ses membres afin de défendre les intérêts de chacun
