Objet :

promouvoir l'art contemporain, et plus particulièrement l'art urbain, sous tous ses courants d'expression et indépendamment de leurs supports (graffiti, pochoir, projection vidéo, installations, sculpture, etc) ; favoriser l'accès du public à l'art contemporain par la création d'un espace culturel ouvert au sein des locaux du HANGAR 107 mettant en avant une collection permanente et assurant des expositions temporaires, par l'organisation d'événements et manifestations permettant de faire entrer l'art contemporain dans les espaces publics et privés, par la mise en place d'ateliers éducatifs, notamment au sein du HANGAR 107, pour les jeunes de l'agglomération rouennaise encadrés par les artistes et par le développement de synergies avec les acteurs culturels, qu'ils soient publics ou privés ; favoriser la création artistique et l'émergence de nouveaux talents en aidant à l'installation des artistes et en mettant à leur disposition des lieux d'exposition et des ateliers, plus particulièrement au sein du HANGAR 107 mais également sur les quais extérieurs, dans des lieux éphémères et sur différents sites de la ville de ROUEN ; et plus généralement, toutes opérations et activités, y compris celles qui seraient commercialement accessoires (notamment vente de produits dérivés des expositions) , directement ou indirectement, en vue de favoriser l'objet social
