lutter contre le gaspillage par la récupération et la redistribution de produits invendus notamment alimentaires ou de dons, développer des équipements et des opérations pour changer les comportements des acteurs de la consommation et limiter toutes les sources de gaspillage, rendre acteur tous les citoyens pour qu'ils puissent s'investir dans des actions non marchandes permettant de promouvoir une économie circulaire efficiente des consommables, donner un cadre permettant de récupérer les invendus, l'idée étant entre autre de réduire au maximum les déchets, réemployer et développer l'économie de fonctionnalité, mettre en lien les personnes souhaitant s'investir par la mise en place d'outils collaboratifs, participation à une économie sociale et solidaire, mise en place d'activités, d'événements, d'actions citoyennes permettant une mixité sociale et culturelle ;
