promouvoir l'esprit de résistance, la force de l'entraide, le devoir de mémoire, le rejet du négationnisme, l'engagement citoyen, l'amitié franco-ukrainienne inspirée de l'histoire des militaires évadés résistants déportés en Ukraine durant la seconde guerre mondiale au camp 325 à Rawa-Ruska ; Adopter les comportements qui ont fait leur preuve par le passé, les adapter aux exigences modernes et si possible les faire progresser ; Engager des actions culturelles, sportives et humanitaires sur la base des liens fédérateurs des membres tout en s'interdisant formellement tout sectarisme, expressions d'opinions, discussions ou votes relatifs aux partis politiques ou différentes religions ; Faire le lien avec les aînés et descendants de "Ceux de Rawa-Ruska" ; Promouvoir auprès d'un jeune public l'histoire des prisonniers de Rawa-Ruska ; Maintenir un lien fort avec le monde résistant ;
