Objet :

sensibiliser et mobiliser dans le cadre de la lutte contre les discriminations ethniques en Asie du sud,telles que les persécutions des Hmongs du Laos,dans le cadre de l'utilité publique,elle agit dans le domaine culturel sur des thématiques liées aux pays d'ancienne Indochine et dans la lutte contre les discriminations ciblant les personnes d'origine asiatique en France,notamment les vétérans et les déracinés ; elle a vocation à promouvoir une meilleure reconnaissance du rôle des Bawouanes, des Mans, des Hrés,des Thaîs, des Moïs, des Hmongs, ainsi que toutes autres populations alliées à la France durant la guerre d'Indochine ; elle promeut d'une manière générale un devoir de mémoire objectif sur l'histoire d'Indochine
