initier la réflexion et la confrontation des idées entre les différents acteurs de la vie politique,économique, culturelle de la société civile, des organisations syndicales et des associations pour promouvoir auprès des citoyens, la réflexion sur des sujets de société et d'actualités ainsi que l'accès à la culture, aux pratiques artistiques et aux médias, assurer sur tous supports connus ou inconnus à ce jour et ce par tous moyens connus ou inconnus à ce jour , mise en place de cycles de rencontres et de publications d'actualité et de prospective à long terme en établissant des relations internationales avec les réseaux"think tank" partout où ils se développent, l'association se propose de produire des analyses, de faire des recommandations et plus généralement de travailler sur des sujets culturels au sens large, elle pourra réaliser directement ou indirectement toutes opérations se rapportant à son objet défini à l'alinéa 1 du présent article
