promouvoir une solidarité active, participative pour les enfants des peuples français, francophones, francophiles et le reste du monde, notamment ceux de l'Arc caribéen (Haiti, la Dominique...) et de l'Océan Indien (Madagascar, Comores...) renforcer les échanges socio économiques et socio culturels entre Malgaches et Caribéens, entre ceux ci et les autres communautés du monde, faire connaître à Madagascar, dans la Caraïbe et dans le reste du monde, les réalités des pays et des peuples de l'Océan Indien, de l'Arc Caribéen et centre américain. Entreprendre toute action humanitaire, tout parrainage participatif en faveur des communautés suscitées, particulièrement dans le domaine de l'enfance. Créer des structures éducatives, sanitaires et permettre la reconstruction des personnes en difficulté
