fédérer les éleveurs bovins d'Ile-de-France, structurer l'amont de la filière bovine régionale, accompagner la création et être porteur d'une marque régionale pour la viande bovine, favoriser la mise en relation des différents acteurs (éleveur - négoce - abatteur - transformateur - commercialisation) , prendre part aux activités économiques liées à la commercialisation d'animaux vivants et de viande bovine en Ile-de-France, mettre en place une communication et des animations autour de la filière bovine en Ile-de-France, organiser des événements de formation autour de thèmes touchant aux pratiques d'élevage et à la commercialisation de la viande bovine, permettre des investissements dans du matériel collectif, permettre l'embauche de personnel compétent dans le cadre de remplacements
