agir pour la protection et l'aménagement du cadre de vie et de l'environnement ainsi que pour la sauvegarde du caractère particulier de Fontainebleau et de sa Communauté de Communes, dans le respect de leur histoire et en harmonie avec leur environnement monumental et naturel; faire respecter la législation et les réglementations concernant l'urbanisme et l'environnement, par l'Etat, les collectivités territoriales, les personnes morales et physiques sur l'ensemble du territoire de la commune de Fontainebleau et de sa Communauté de Communes; conseiller éventuellement tout adhérent qui serait confronté à un problème en rapport avec l'urbanisme ou l'environnement; pour atteindre son objet, l'association peut introduire toute action en justice devant toute juridiction administrative, civile ou pénale française, européenne ou internationale (U.N.ES.C.O.); l'association est par ailleurs compétente à l'égard des actes relatifs à toute opération domaniale ou immobilière privée ou publique tels que les actes d'affectation domaniale, d'achat, de cession ou de gestion susceptibles de modifier le statut, la propriété ou la gestion d'un bien immobilier, soit à des fins d'urbanisation, soit de manière à affecter même indirectement les présents objets statutaires ou les intérêts qu'ils protègent
