porter et faire vivre un projet de santé pluri-professionnel multi-site à l'échelle du territoire de l'Estuaire du Lay composé des communes de l'Aiguillon-sur-Mer, La Faute-sur-Mer, Grues et Saint-Michel-en-l'Herm ; améliorer l'offre de soins locale par la coordination et la recherche de complémentarités entre les acteurs de soins médicaux et sociaux ; contribuer à la promotion de la santé sur le secteur de population concernée par une communication adaptée et homogène ; favoriser la formation des professionnels de santé, notamment pluri-professionnelle ; accueillir et faciliter l'installation des professionnels de santé sur le territoire
