apporter des soins médicaux, avec éventuellement l'aide financière des collectivités territoriales et de l'état ou d'autres organismes nationaux ou internationaux, privés ou publics, aux habitants indiens et aux tibétains résidant ou venant en pèlerinage en Inde dans l’état du Bihar, notamment à Bodhgaya ; construire et gérer les centres médicaux ; participer à toutes actions visant à promouvoir la connaissance et le développement de la culture tibétaine ; agir en étroite collaboration avec le karma jamyang khyentse wangpo public charitable trust dont le siège est à 824231 Bodhgaya, district de gaya, dans l'état du bihar en Inde ; favoriser la réalisation de cet objet, l'association pourra tenir des stands de vente d'artisanat, notamment dans les centres bouddhiques, utiliser des moyens de communication liés à l'internet et organiser tout événement de nature à faire connaître ses activités et la culture tibétaine
